How does signing up work?

Click Register, choose your plan and enter your company details. The account is created straight away and you are taken to a secure payment page - credit or debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay - to finish the subscription.

Can I look around first?

Yes. Start Free Trial opens a demo account in non-saving mode, so you can click through everything without a card and without leaving anything behind.

Will my certificates look like my own?

Upload your existing stationery and documents are filled into it. If you have not got one, the built-in templates carry your logo, address and Gas Safe number.

Does it work on a phone?

That is where most of it is used. Jobs, appliance readings, signatures and invoices all work on a phone at the property.

What about my existing customers?

Customers and properties can be added as you go, or brought over in bulk. Nothing has to be in place before you take your first job.

Can I have more than one engineer?

Yes. Starter covers two users, Growth up to eight, and Pro is unlimited. Each person gets their own sign-in, and personal diary entries stay private to them.

Is my data mine?

Yes. It is your business record and you can export it. Each business is kept separate from every other one on the system.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel whenever you like and the subscription stops at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no contract and no exit fee.
